This disk is located directly below the palace, and is the home of almost all of its residents. It was modeled after the Shii'Veinlie and the Orbital palace. It rotates slowly, and the rooms range from small and apartment-like to huge and mansion-like. The halls are brightly lit and every room is independently supported power.
